#64 re-visited




In this movement research, I use a warm-up inspired by the basics of "animal flow" - an approach that conquered the workout and fitness world a few years ago, to creep into the intelligent life of my feet and the strength of my legs and core. This allows my upper body to move freely and unburdened. I worked out with animal flow during lockdown times a lot. Now, I am just curious to see how it influences my dance practice, if I re-visit it lightly for my warm up. It is definitely giving me a nice oomph into my lower body.
