When I move in the studio, it's not a mindless state, I'm not in a trance. It's mostly flow, but I don't stop thinking. On the contrary, the body and the mind think together. Both actors listen to each other, react to each other, ask each other questions and together produce solutions to challenges.
During this movement research, I finally came up with the following tasks: exhale more than inhale and add a wave and steps to each movement.
(Two hours later I was flooded by a completely different wave: a flu virus that sent me to bed for the next 6 days. Recovery also happens in waves and steps:-)
